Sterling is owned by a local husband and wife team, Luis and Jaime Marquez, and with their combined expertise of almost 30 years in real estate ranging from brokerage and management to development and construction...your various real estate needs can be met with one customized proposal. Initially in their early careers, Luis and Jaime spent many years in the Phoenix and Scottsdale markets working with national real estate firms like Weitz, Lincoln Property Company and Marcus & Millichap. They have long since settled in Durango as their family grew with three young sons and it was clear Durango was the community for them to raise a family.
