Sandy has been a licensed Realtor and active member of the Durango Area Association of Realtors since 1986. Her extensive experience includes 18 years of sales at Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors, 4 years of sales and sales management with Bobbie Carll Realty, and eventually sales and sales management at Realty Executives of Durango following their merger with Bobbie Carll Realty. In 2008, Sandy held a position with American Homestead Title Company in Durango, concurrently creating Remarkable Realty, a sales and service organization.

Cooper served as President of the Durango Area Association of Realtors, has served as chair of the Grievance, Education and Bylaws committees, and has represented the Durango Area Association of Realtors at the Colorado Association of Realtors as a Director, as well as a member and President of the CAR Education Foundation and various other state level activities. Cooper has earned six advanced educational designations. She is a member of and has served two presidencies of the Southwest Colorado Women's Council of Realtors. Cooper was recognized by her peers as Realtor of the Year in 1997.

Sandy will utilize her extensive experience and thorough knowledge of La Plata County in working with buyers and sellers of residential, commercial, farm & ranch or vacant land.

With almost 15 years of commercial real estate and development experience, Jaime Marquez, Owner of the Sterling Companies, is excited to tackle the Durango market. Jaime moved to Durango in 2007 to oversee the $25 million dollar conversion and sales of Silver Peaks Condominiums, for which she is now the listing agent. Jaime is also Vice-President of Development for Butte Companies, a Phoenix-based family real estate development company, with over $200,000,000 in successful completed projects over the last decade, including the award winning The Landmark, luxury condominiums at Kierland.

Jaime is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, a real estate salesperson in Arizona, and has a Colorado Subdivision Developer license. Jaime's career path in commercial real estate includes commercial brokerage, architecture firm business development, various multi-family and high-end luxury residential developments, a condominium conversion, and property management services. Jaime is married to her high school sweetheart, Luis, and together they have three boys, Michael, Branden, and Carson. Jaime is proud to sit on the board for Music in the Mountains, a Summer Classic Music Festival.

Lindsay Lafferty has recently re-joined the Durango Area Association of Realtors after being a member in 2006. Her professional Real Estate affiliation began as a licensed assistant for the Wells Group more than 6 years ago. After graduating from Colorado State University in Fort Collins with a Bachelors degree in Speech Communication, she joined North American Title Company as a title assistant. She then continued her experience in the title industry working most recently for 5 years with Land Title Guarantee Company in Durango.

Born and raised in Littleton Colorado, Lindsay moved to the Durango area in 2004. Lindsay's husband, Cale and brother-in-law, Casey are co-owners of Tailormade Custom Homes, a successful construction company operating in the Durango. Currently, Tailormade is focusing on construction and sales of homes in the Edgemont Highlands development. Lindsay enjoys spending time with her two boys, Brody and Parker, while dappling in sales of fashion jewelry in her spare time. Confidently, Lindsay brings her title experience, construction background and real estate know-how, which will assist a buyer or seller to attain their ultimate goal
