Industry memberships, resources and continuing education are key as well.

Services are customized for each client. We can simply check your home once a month or once a week. We can oversee our Preferred Vendors for necessary repairs and maintenance. We can see that your driveway is plowed, your home is secure and your mind is at peace.

For rental properties, we use national services to process tenant applications, check their credit and rental references and present to you a viable renter for consideration. Our leasing and tenant management documentation and processes are current and reliable. Sterling is bonded and insured to handle all your financial management needs.

Sterling has a strong list of preferred vendors that we can schedule for repairs and maintenance during your absence, or perhaps for a thorough cleaning of your carpets and rugs - or for you entire home. We will arrange to have your driveway plowed, your lawn mowed, your sprinkler system shut down in the fall and pressurized in the spring, your hot tub maintained, your wine room temperature checked. whatever it takes to assure you that your home is being well cared for in your absence. Our short term (vacation) rental program will market your property, prepare your home, secure tenants, collect payments, and clean and inspect your home after your guests' departure.

Our management of multi-family development properties includes managing and leasing, association management, asset management, and financial reporting. We have designed, entitled, built and managed multi-family projects and have an in-depth understanding of owners' associations and tenant management.
